Refund or exchange of damaged items
We only offer a refund or exchange if the product is damaged upon arrival.
Items bought at Ikona can be returned within 14 days after arrival. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase and damaged condition must be provided and we will refund or exchange if approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Postal and freight costs are not refundable. Sales or custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase in exchange for an equal value gift card (redeemable only at www.ikona.is), provided he has not used the product and it is returned in its original condition. The deadline begins to elapse when the product is delivered to the buyer. Receipt of the purchase of goods must be included. The cost of returning the product, e.g. shipping costs, is paid by the buyer.
If your delivery is not identical to your order, you got the wrong product or if a product is missing please contact us at info@ikona.is and include your order number and details about your delivery and original order. We will do our best to correct the mistake quickly.
